Neil is an experienced business journalist and editor, having worked on a variety of newspapers, magazines and websites over the past 15 years. These include Internet Works, KnowledgeBoard and Business Management. He joined Sift Media in 2007.
Chris Ward – Deputy Editor, MyCustomer
Chris is a practiced writer and editor, having worked as a copywriter for creative agency, Stranger Collective from 2009 to 2011 and subsequently as a journalist covering technology, marketing and customer service from 2011 onwards. He joined MyCustomer.com in 2014 as deputy editor.
Fiona Tully – Publisher, MyCustomer
Fiona is Group Publisher of MyCustomer, HRZone and TrainingZone. With a background in marketing, Fiona's been in publishing for the last fifteen years (a Publisher for the last seven); firstly at Future, working across a portfolio of print, event and digital brands, before joining Sift in 2013. Fiona's role is focused around the delivery of high value content and campaigns across her B2B communities, exploring ways to grow the business through audience development and insight, launching new products and services and exploring new partnerships and business opportunities. When she's not planning world domination for her publishing portfolio, Fiona's other loves include dance, film and theatre (any period or historical drama) and roller-disco. Her guilty pleasures include Mad Men, Game of Thrones and chocolate hobnobs.
Stuart Pringle – Commercial Manager, MyCustomer
Stuart hails from the highlands of Scotland but amazingly we can now understand most of what he is saying. Stuart's background in commercial digital roles spans more than 10 years across diverse sectors including Affiliate Marketing, Travel, Cloud, Big Data and now Customer Management. Day to day responsibilities include leading the commercial and new business strategy for the publication along with searching out and developing new accounts. Stuart is also focused on growing the MyCustomer executive events programme. When not in the office Stuart can mostly be found riding his bike or figuring out how to get some ski time in next winter.
James Eyles – Commercial Manager, MyCustomer
James is part of the client-facing team here at MyCustomer. Commercially-minded and a strong client champion, he is hellbent on ensuring that our partners see real and tangible results from their projects with us. James has a diverse background spanning group marketing for a blue-chip financial services company, strategy and business development for a FTSE 500 business and key account management for a boutique design firm. Out of work interests include racket sports and going to the gym, but only really to look in mirror rather than any actual exercise.
Rachel White – Account Manager, MyCustomer
Rachel is an Account Manager working across MyCustomer, HRZone and Training Zone. Predominantly, her background is in print publishing but more recently she has had experience of working within a marketing agency. On the campaign delivery side, Rachel’s role is to ensure the smooth running of each and every project with an aim to achieve best in-class results. When she’s out of the office, you will most likely find her at the nearest sci-fi convention.
Shonette Laffy – Community Editor, MyCustomer
Shonette is finally putting her Twitter addiction and gregarious nature to good use across our site communities. She has worked in publishing for almost ten years, having fled the buzz of her home town London for the quirky and (relative) tranquillity of the West Country. She spends her time outside work indulging in questionable cooking experiments (seven cheese mac 'n' cheese anyone?) and exploring the best bars and restaurants in Bristol to blog about.
