Neil Davey – Managing Editor, MyCustomer
Neil is an experienced business journalist and editor, having worked on a variety of newspapers, magazines and websites over the past 15 years. These include Internet Works, KnowledgeBoard and Business Management. He joined Sift Media in 2007.
Chris Ward – Deputy Editor, MyCustomer
Chris is a practiced writer and editor, having worked as a copywriter for creative agency, Stranger Collective from 2009 to 2011 and subsequently as a journalist covering technology, marketing and customer service from 2011 onwards. He joined MyCustomer.com in 2014 as deputy editor.
Fiona Tully – Publisher, MyCustomer
Fiona is Group Publisher of MyCustomer, HRZone and TrainingZone. With a background in marketing, Fiona's been in publishing for the last fifteen years (a Publisher for the last seven); firstly at Future, working across a portfolio of print, event and digital brands, before joining Sift in 2013. Fiona's role is focused around the delivery of high value content and campaigns across her B2B communities, exploring ways to grow the business through audience development and insight, launching new products and services and exploring new partnerships and business opportunities. When she's not planning world domination for her publishing portfolio, Fiona's other loves include dance, film and theatre (any period or historical drama) and roller-disco. Her guilty pleasures include Mad Men, Game of Thrones and chocolate hobnobs.
Owain Price – Commercial Manager, MyCustomer
Owain is a Commercial Manager for the MyCustomer publication. His background in commercial roles spans more than 10 years encompassing several different sectors including financial services and technology. Owain is focussed on providing valuable solutions to the companies he works in partnership with and exploring new partnerships and business opportunities. When not in the office he is a keen snowboarder, rugby enthusiast and loves live music.
Jonathan Frank – Commercial Manager, MyCustomer
Jonathan is part of the client-facing team here at MyCustomer. He has a strong background in sales, training and consultancy within the education sector. Having always had a strong interest in journalism and the power of content, he works hard to see that clients understand and realise the full benefit of MyCustomer's commerical side. He can often be found climbing, playing football or attempting the guitar!
Rachel White – Account Manager, MyCustomer
Rachel is an Account Manager working across MyCustomer, HRZone and Training Zone. Predominantly, her background is in print publishing but more recently she has had experience of working within a marketing agency. On the campaign delivery side, Rachel’s role is to ensure the smooth running of each and every project with an aim to achieve best in-class results. When she’s out of the office, you will most likely find her at the nearest sci-fi convention.
