Books on CRM

Can anyone recommend some good books on CRM? What should I be looking at?

Surely Paul Greenberg's "CRM at the speed of light" is a must reading on this topic.

Be more specific :)

Don't get me wrong, but what do you expect from a book about CRM?

If you need to get the basics - use wiki (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Customer_relationship_management)

If you need good insight into the industry - here is nice blog (http://the56group.typepad.com/)

If you want to listen to opinion leaders - members of CRM Experts group in Linkedin discuss a lot of topics - starting from 'what CRM is better', and ending with 'what are the main reasons for low user adoption'

A friend of mine needed a book about CRM to add this book to reference list in her diploma. But she haven't found any 'academic' book about CRM, if you understand what I mean.

If you specify your objectives, I may help you with information you need.

My opinion.

Very biased - but as I wrote bits of it...

The CRM Pocket Book - from Collier Pickard.

Real world experience and totally product agnostic.
