Burger King’s marketing misstep

My business partner, Mark Price, just posted an analysis of Burger King’s recent marketing campaign ( http://bit.ly/3j6FVV ). As an organizational psychologist, I understand how you want to have a different relationship with different types of customers. My question to all of us is this:

How do you market to your best customers without causing your other customers to feel under appreciated?
