What are the questions or sentences I should be adding to a questionnaire, directed at senior students of Faculty of commerce, to measure if they are satisfied with the services provided by the university?

UK Customer Satisfaction Index
You might want to look at the mehtodology section of the UK Customer Satisfaction Index which is produced twice a year by the Institute of Customer Service.
This has been based on the service criteria which are most important to customers or consumers.
