I’d like to understand current drivers behind the purchase of CRM systems from customer side, so would like to ask the group for their feedback on the following questions (and any other input you think is valuable).
1)what was your main reason for looking into purchasing a new CRM system?
2)How did you find out about the available vendors/products in the market?
3)Which systems did you find in your initial search and which did you choose to look into in more detail (and why)?
4)Which resources did you use to find advice on the best system for your business?
5)What information did you find most useful and influential in your final decision? (e.g. product specs, online demo, whitepapers, case studies, reviews on independent sites, ability to talk to a pre-sales rep etc)
6)How important is it to have a free demonstration of each system?
7)What made you choose the system you decided to implement?
