We have a mobile salesforce who are increasingly using their Blackberry devices and avoiding using their laptop computers.

To assist in managing the sales process, we want to incorporate a voice-to-text in our CRM for activity management and sales force automation. We are familiar with Ribbit, but want to know if there are any other technologies or services that may be available to help this aspect of our process.

We are open to development of a new process and have been discussing sales administrators helping record the text using voice-mail services.

Does anyone have any thoughts about this?
