Best Social Media Site...
Neither.
If using for personal use, you should use the one where your friends are.
If using for business use, you should use the one where your customers are.
If your friends/customers use both then you need to decide if you want to invest in using both.
Using them for what?
At the moment it's no contest - Google+ isn't finished.
Facebook offers a huge range of options and a much larger user base. Google+ has taken people's mistrust of Facebook and provided an alternative. The likelihood is that you will need an account for both.
For business use it's Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn at the moment.
Social Media Sites....
I think Facebook is wide social network which we can use for business purpose to increase the popularity. Google+ has come up with the new exciting features so it became in queue of twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn which websites are best for the business purpose. I don't think only one of these is best, both are best.
