Sadly, I’m leaving MyCustomer.com and just wanted to say thanks to all of you for making my time as editor so enjoyable.
It’s been quite a year! Firstly, moving up from features editor to editor of MyCustomer.com in January and learning all the ropes. And I certainly won’t forget all the time spent migrating the site to the new technology platform in a hurry, even if it meant giving the site a much improved facelift!!
But the other side has been the chance to create some exciting new partnerships, bring some great new contributors on board and get to know ‘the regulars’ and you, the members, a little better. The hard work has definitely been worth it.
As I depart, the MyCustomer.com baton is being handed back to Neil Davey, who can be reached at the usual editor@mycustomer.com address. I wish him - and tech editor Stuart Lauchlan - all the best in taking the site forward.
One thing is for certain though, I definitely won't be jetting off into the sunset with Ryanair...!
