Social business is not just a buzzword, and just adding social to your acronym or term is not going to propel you into BFF status with the social customer. Whatever you call it - social business, social CRM - is not just a bolt-on of social features to your existing processes. Social business signifies a change in how businesses and customers work together and necessitates a reexamination of culture, governing principles, and just about every process from internal collaboration and resource sharing to product design to customer service to marketing. Here I will share my thoughts about all of the above.
