I work in a service company providing clients with tax and legal advises, company formation and management, also I am an MBA student at the moment.
Our company tries to improve customer service by investments in CRM. In order to link theory with practice I am devoting my Dissertation to the IMPROVEMENT OF COMPANY OPERATIONS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE BY ADOPTING CRM APPROACH.
Please kindly let me know your opinion conserning the above subject. To what extent Company operations can be improved by adopting CRM approach. Please advise if there are any articles or case stadies to read?
