I’m delighted to welcome you to the new-look MyCustomer.com website. While we still have the same quality resources, news and discussion, it’s now presented in a cleaner and clearer design – and what’s more, MyCustomer.com is now fully mobile-friendly.
We recently launched our responsive design email bulletins – for more on this, read our recent feature on the importance of responsive design. By also adapting our website to this process, it provides our members with an optimised experience, no matter what device they are using – desktop, mobile or tablet.
We hope that our new site will make it even easier for our members to keep up to date with the latest developments and lessons from the world of customer relationship management.
And this is only phase one of our site overhaul. Extra functionality and resources are in the pipeline – so watch this space!
