Real-Time CRM - Technological Horizons

This conference presentation begins by considering some of the inherent characteristics of the Internet as they impact on CRM.
It goes on to suggest that real-time CRM, dynamic communication modification, pull-technology and site visit value are the key new requirements of CRM on the Internet. Detailed diagrams show the changes which CRM architecture will need to undergo.
