Hi Sigal,

Welcome to the site!

What sort of feedback software are you looking for?

The two that instantly spring to mind are slightly different, however depending on your aims would serve your needs.

The first is CDC Respond, a full feedback management suite.

The second is Clicktools, which measures customer feedback through a series of online surveys.

Either shoudl be able to help.

Thanks

Tom

you might try CustomerGauge (www.customergauge.com) which is useful for companies with many transactions (like online shops). It organises comments and has a workflow function to ensure that customer issues get solved.

Hope that's useful.

Take a look at www.clicktools.com or give Jenny a call on 01202 555577. Feedback via web, email, phone, IVR and can be driven by a call centre script. UK basedwith an excellent reputation for support.
