You have probably had lots of response to this reply. However one of the best software on the market is called the Big Tick. It not only gives customer feedback but agent feedback as well so its 360 insight as such.

Customer Feedback Software
I am knew to this site and wanted to introduce myself. My name is Sigal and I am a call centre manager in a large multi-national company in London.
