Altitude Software Customer In Athens 2004 Olympics Call Centre Consortium

Lisbon, August 23rd, 2004 – Call Centre Hellas, one of the biggest independent call centres in Greece, and a long standing Altitude Software customer, is in the consortium operating the Athens 2004 Olympic Games Call Centre, in a partnership with OTE Group, Greece’s incumbent Telco.

Call Center Hellas is an affiliate of Newsphone Hellas S.A., the leading content, info and application provider in the Greek market. From the outset, since 1998, Call Center Hellas invested in state-of-the-art customer interaction management solutions from Altitude Software for it’s 200-plus seat call centre.

Since early August, the ATHENS 2004 Call Centre is in full operation 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The Call Centre provides vital information to spectators, visitors, but also to residents of Athens and other Olympic cities in the three Organising Committee official languages: English, French and Greek.
