Zach Nelson, CEO of NetSuite is in a somewhat invidious position when it comes to commenting on the Oracle Siebel takeover. After all, his company competes in the CRM market and it’s one of the leading players in the on demand applications market - but his majority shareholder is one Lawrence J Ellison, better known as the CEO of Oracle.
Nonetheless, Nelson has some firm views on the new CRM landscape.
