In an indication of the growing interest this year in mobile CRM, SugarCRM has teamed up with Sona Mobile Holdings to enable users to access the open source software using wireless devices.
Sona, which sells into the financial services, gaming and entertainment industries, will build in mobile support to SugarCRM’s packages and create plug-ins or ‘mobilets’ for a range of mobile devices, although the deal is still only at the early beta stage.
