Less than half of users happy with Oracle CRM

Results of this year’s UK Oracle User Group (OUG) Survey reveal a falling off of user satisfaction with Oracle CRM.

Only 1.9% described themselves as 'very happy' with the Oracle application suites, down from 6.8 per cent in 2005. Only 46.3 per cent of users said they were 'happy' with Oracle CRM, a 1.3% decrease from last year.

Five hundred and fifty Oracle users responded to the annual survey, published in advance of the UK OUG 2006 Conference in Birmingham, which finishes tomorrow.
