Hewlett-Pakcard has announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire US-based business intelligence company Knightsbridge Solutions for an undisclosed amount within the next month.
Knightsbridge is a Chicago-based services company focused on the information management areas of business intelligence, data warehousing, data integration and information quality.
