CDC Software has further expanded its CRM market foothold with the acquisition of UK complaint management firm Respond.
CDC said that Respond's applications are complementary to CDC Software's Pivotal CRM solutions, and will bring more than 800 new customers including AXA Insurance, Barclays and Aegon.
