I have tried to return faulty goods to River Island and found the Manager of the only River Island store in the Nederlands all to unhelpful!
So I contacted Customer Services direct which is all the way in the U.K (No customer services center in de Nederlands)to find their answer rather complicated and unhelpfull, when it seems a simple exchange would be more appropriate.
