University challenge – why can’t you graduate in customer management?

In a recent study conducted by US consultants Bain & Company, executives voted CRM the second most widely-used business tool in the world. At the same time, UCAS, the UK’s university and college admissions service, reveals there are over 5,000 business courses on offer in this country, yet none of them focus on CRM. In fact, there are no CRM or even customer management degrees anywhere in the world, undergraduate or postgraduate.
