Neil, those are good articles to start with...thanks for the suggestion. I'd also recommend my CRM Blog which keeps you on top of the latest CRM industry news. It's a good place to do research as well.

Hope this helps!

Chandresh

It will help you treat different customers differently.

It will help you attract more customers.
It will help you keep them.
It will help you sell more to them.
It will help you to do all this at lower cost.
It will help you do all this at higher profit.

And equally important.
It will help put you in contact with customers you can serve effectively.
It will help deliver what customers expect.
It will help you deliver what customers don't expect.
It will help customers to do all this at lower cost.
It will help increasse customer satisfaction.

Sounds like a good deal to me.

Many thanks for your mail. If you want to learn more about how CRM can impact your business then you have certainly come to the right place.

If you want to know more then our library is the perfect resource.

To get started, you could do worse than read the following:

What is CRM?

What is CRM and what does it consist of?

CRM - what is it all about?

I hope that this is a good starting point!
