The Oracle Applications Users Group (OAUG) has formed the Oracle CRM Community, an integrated community comprised of the PeopleSoft Enterprise, Fusion, Siebel and E-Business Suite CRM User Group memberships

The Oracle CRM Community was formed by the Fusion CRM User Group, a Special Interest Group (SIG) affiliate of the OAUG, to share information and expertise among all users regarding the selection, implementation and effective use of Oracle CRM applications.

The links between OAUG and the Oracle CRM Community create a collective voice to Oracle through established councils of influence, access to each other's user group support through existing infrastructure and increased collaboration among the user groups involved with the affiliation.

"Our affiliation with the OAUG illustrates our goal to foster a sense of community by building alliances with like-minded organisations for the purpose of collaboration and education," said Audrey R. Bledsoe, president of the Oracle CRM Community. "Affiliated OAUG SIGs are independent entities that work with OAUG to further the mission of serving as a unified voice to Oracle, and we are now one step closer."

The relationship will also enable the groups to combine efforts during the Oracle CRM Community's Spring CRM Conference, "Convergence: Bringing CRM Customers Together," as well as at major Oracle user community events such as COLLABORATE and Oracle OpenWorld.

The Oracle Applications Users Group (OAUG) is the world's largest knowledgebase for Oracle(R) Applications users, representing more than 2,000 member companies worldwide and more than 25 percent of the Fortune 100.
