Hi,
I would like to implement a crm system in a small airline company based in Africa. Can you recommend a source of information on what and how to do this to get the most from a CRM ?

This site is a good place to start
There is a wealth of information within MyCustomer.com about CRM implementations and getting them right.
Probably the best place to start is to click on "search the download library" on the bottom of the "latest downloads" box on the right of the screen.
Then you can search through 1,000's of documents, podcasts and webcasts that will help you.
