Satellite entertainment provider, Eurostar is deploying PeopleSoft’s EnterpriseOne throughout its United Arab Emirates’ offices to provide real-time information to the firm’s customer service centre.
With more than 250 employees, 19 showrooms in Dubai, and branches in Sharjah and Abu Dhabi, Eurostar has a significant presence in the United Arab Emirates.
PeopleSoft EnterpriseOne features a service and warranty management module that will enable Eurostar to track the warranty status of the products it sells to customers, and instantly share this information with its customer service center. Eurostar believes this will mean customer inquiries are handled with up-to-date information, thereby improving customer service.
Eurostar also plans to deploy PeopleSoft EnterpriseOne for sales forecasting. PeopleSoft EntepriseOne can enable the company to use real-time data in statistically based forecasts to predict and plan future demand, enabling more efficient deployment of resources.
