Alternative Networks Limited (ANL), is slashing 15% off calls to the top ten most frequently dialled European countries.
ANL’s price watch service is designed to automatically reduce rates while providing customers with the highest quality lines possible, at competitive prices. As an independent company, ANL is able to negotiate pricing on behalf of businesses and pass on the benefits.
“Passing benefits onto our customers, even when there has not been a cut across the industry, is part of our ongoing commitment,” said Ben Marnham, commercial director at Alternative Networks. “Some major telcos have not dropped international call charges for over six months. In a competitive marketplace even a few months and a few percent can make a real difference to end-users.”
Alternative Networks helps to design and implement solutions ranging from the small office to the complex digital multi-site network. Customers are also able to access major UK networks at prices that aren’t available in the general marketplace.
If customer requirements change or another carrier becomes more suitable, ANL can change the network used without changing the customer’s billing structure or single point of contact. Current customers include Cornhill Insurance, Sporting Index and Direct Wines.
This service will be available from August.
