In a new partnership, Sideware’s electronic Customer Relationship Management (eCRM) software will be integrated into 2Bridge’s homepage and customer service site, Club2Bridge.
2Bridge makes webware used to build e-hubs – corporate intranets, extranets and websites where employees, customers, partners and suppliers can interact.

Sideware’s web-based customer service solution will be offered to 2Bridge customers, allowing them to deliver complete collaborative customer care services through their e-hubs. It will link 2Bridge’s back-end databases so that the company can easily access archived data to assist repeat customers through Club2Bridge.
