Acxiom and Xchange provide e-CRM for click-and-mortars

Acxiom Corporation and Xchange have announced an alliance by which Xchange is using Acxiom’s AbiliTec software to enhance its eCRM software solutions.

AbiliTec is the customer data integration software powered by patented linking technology and adopted by several major companies to help them create a single view of their customers across the enterprise.

AbiliTec will be offered as an optional add-on to the Xchange 4.0 solution, the first eCRM solution designed for click-and-mortar companies. Xchange 4.0 helps businesses earn a greater share of their customers’ business through highly targeted, cross-channel customer communications. This allows businesses to form much more complete portraits of customer relationships using third-party data.

With AbiliTec, companies can link contact information captured in real time from multiple touchpoints with legacy customer data stores.
