AMR Research turns to Onyx for CRM strategy

Onyx Software has been selected by AMR Research to enhance customer satisfaction and contact management across its global sales force.

The technology research company is already using Onyx Customer Portal, which has been tailored to track interactions online and boost renewal rates by automating client access.
