We are based in Mexico City, and there are some customers that want to enhance their telemarketing and campaign Management capabilities.

Such customers have a small operation 5 to 20 workstations dedicated for inbound/outbound telemarketing.

They do not have a tool at all, they are doing things using Microsoft Access or Excel.

Their need in terms of tools is:

a) Telemarketing tool has to have following capabilities:
- Auto dialer
- Scripting
- Objection manager
- Agenda for follow up call
- Outbound
- link to send e-mail

b) Campaign Manager with folloying capabilities:
- Selection based on certain criteria.
- Campaign code generation
- Control group generation
- Campaign tracking in terms of responses.

Both tools have to be compatible to Microsoft office or SQL Server.

Thanks

If cost is not a constraint, you can go in for Oracle telesales and Oracle marketing online
It can be deployed on an NT server with integration to the telephone switch. So, your requirements of auto-dialer, followup summary, campaign management can all be addressed. I have implemented the 2 modules mentioned above and feel that in a matter of 90 days you can have a system running. And it is compatible with sql server and ms-office tools.

If cost is going to be an issue, then you should look at developing a custom software based on sql server, ms-access. But, auto-dialer can become difficult to implement
