Modem Media has accepted the resignation of Steve Roberts as its chief financial officer, with immediate effect.
Roberts, who has held the position since 1998, said he was resigning to accept a position with another company. Modem Media, the vendor of customer-focused business solutions, has begun an external search for his replacement.

O’Connell added that they expected to fill the post quickly. “Our vice president of corporate marketing and strategy, Melissa Viglielmo, will assume the responsibility of communicating with our shareholders and investment analysts,” he said.
