CMGI Solutions, Inc., an e-business services and technology firm , has announced the opening of a consulting and sales office outside London, England. The new location services Western Europe, where there is a growing demand. This is the first of several areas that the company plans exploit in the coming months, including Amsterdam, Germany, Paris, Asia Pacific and Latin America.
“We chose London as the locale of our first venture outside of the US because of the exciting market opportunities and growth potential in Western Europe, particularly in the demand for e-Business solutions,” said Ronald Spears, president and CEO of CMGI. CMGI Solutions was launched in December 1999. The London office is in CMGI's European corporate office in Maidenhead, U.K.
