Recently, I worked with quite a few companies that are making the same choice you are...deciding between Oracle and Siebel. I work for a company that has a practice for Oracle and Siebel related projects. One thing you may want to consider vs. going feature to feature with the two, is look at the implementation and your internal processes and make a comparison that way. Chances are both pieces of software will meet your needs, but you can still make a good decision between the two by looking at how the information will be passed through your back-end system and how much will the implementation cost, as well as, integration and how much customization is necessary to meet your needs.
