David Halliday is a Strategic Consultant who has held both Director and Chief Executive roles in a variety of Consumer and Business-to-Business organisations, and also Senior Consultancy positions. He is a Managing Partner at the Quo Group, where he heads up their Strategic Consultancy activity, which embraces both Customer and Change Management capability. He has a track record of innovation and success in delivering projects that have transformed organisations both in terms of their progress towards customer centricity and of their business performance.

David’s high-level commercial background has enabled him to make major contributions to strategic and business planning exercises working with Main Board Directors and Senior Executives. He typically takes responsibility for designing and implementing the processes required to deliver those plans, addressing the business and people development issues arising from the change agenda. He has worked throughout his career across financial services, commercial, public, utilities and retail sectors and has been involved in many strategic-culture change assignments.

This has enabled him to design and manage assignments capable of delivering enhanced standards of customer service and sales and marketing performance.
