Content management firm Documentum is set to report total revenue of $48 to $50 million for its fourth quarter of 2001, exceeding Wall Street estimates of $46.6 million for total revenue. The company said that it enjoyed a record number of transactions closed during the fourth quarter, which contributed to the sequential licence revenue growth. The company anticipates that it will “substantially” beat the average Wall Street earnings estimate for the fourth quarter of $.14 loss per share.
