Epsilon has announced third quarter revenues increased 17% to $28.7 million, up from $24.5 million for the year earlier. In addition, earnings increased 176% to $8.4 million ($3m).
Revenues for the six-month period ended June 30, 2001, increased 21.5% to $59.2 million ($48.7m). EBITDA increased 295% to $18 million ($4.6m).
“Although direct response business traditionally decreases in the second quarter, the balance in our business model and the value we are providing reduced the magnitude of the impact,” said Michael Iaccarino, Epsilon chief financial officer. “We expect continued financial success in future quarters. These strong results are particularly gratifying in light of today’s difficult economic climate.”
Epsilon continues to form successful strategic partnerships. In the first half of 2001, the company joined the Siebel alliance program as a platform partner, and established partnerships with Decision Software, Firstlogic, and Torrent Systems.
Epsilon is a leading marketing solutions provider. Services span marketing objective planning, database design and management, data mining, website design and deployment, campaign management, and direct response and marketing communication strategic counsel.
