Ericsson Enterprise, Western Europe, has appointed a new director of sales, to strengthen its support to its channel partners in the UK. The appointee is Staffan Joganssen, who has substantial experience in direct and indirect sales on both national and global levels. Staffan's previous positions inlcude account and business management roles with Ericsson Information Systems and Nokia Data.
In his new role, Staffan will manage sales activities across a number of countries, to support the development of an efficient channel sales organisation in bringing the awareness of the value of Ericsson Enterprise products to the forefront of the market.
Staffan said, "By overseeing the management and recruitment of UK channel partners I hope to play a key part in the creation of a well-structured and highly focused indirect sales force for Ericsson Enterprise. This can only be achieved if we offer full training and support to our base of resellers and systems integrators, to enable them to fully understand and articulate the benefits of our products to end user organisations. I will be taking a lead role in making this happen."
