Experian has taken over Paladian Enterprises, a strategic consultancy based in Boulder, Colorado, which helps Fortune 100 companies devise CRM strategies.
“Paladian Enterprises is a strong addition to the Experian team,” said Joanna Kuo, executive vice president of Experian’s integrated solutions business unit. “It has significant expertise in the field of CRM and will help us extend our capabilities in providing powerful, innovative solutions for our clients, especially in the customer data integration arena.”
Experian already has alliances with NCR and Arch Wireless.

The company is a subsidiary of The Great Universal Stores and has headquarters in Nottingham UK and Orange, California, USA. Its 12,000 people support clients in 50 countries. Annual sales are about $1.5 billion.
