GlaxoSmithKline launches Astute CRM solution

The pharmaceutical giant GlaxoSmithKline has implemented Astute's PowerCenter solution to streamline consumer communications and allow access to consumer information.

Astute Solutions partnered with GlaxoSmithKline to ensure the system met stringent FDA health care standards.

"The ability to track and report on consumer issues and trends will greatly increase our ability to meet internal customers’ needs," said Doug Cox, vice president of marketing services.

The PowerCenter system is being used at GlaxoSmithKline by approximately 70 users in several locations responsible for handling over 22 product lines. This manages consumer information as well email, fulfillment, correspondence and feedback, integrated into one system.
