Infowavz International has launched a range of business process management (BPM) services providing the full range of end-to-end enterprise and CRM solutions.
The company has a strong board of new advisers including Prof. Michael Earl, director of the Centre for Information Management at London Business School; Roy Martins, executive director at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter in London; Lee Clark Sellers, director of International R&D at Nortel Networks, U.S.; and George Yip, dean of the MBA Program at London Business School.
Zia Shiekh, CEO of Infowavz, said: “BPM services would provide the platform for us to achieve our projected growth to 5,000 seats over the next five years”. Infowavz has identified a location in Pune for its next facility of 1,000 seats, to be developed by mid-2002.
Infowavz’s 400-seat, state-of-the-art operational facility, the InfoCentre, is located is Mumbai, India; while the sales, marketing and client services offices are based in London, Toronto and Los Angeles.
