iSeg Technologies has announced strategic partnerships with The Practice and BQuake to deliver CRM solutions for wireless service providers.
The companies will combine management consulting and business development expertise with iSeg technology to help wireless operators increase loyalty and reduce churn in their subscriber base.
"CRM has not lived up to expectations because it could not deliver information on what customers actually want," said Jeffrey Phillips, vice president of product strategy and marketing for iSeg. "Through these partnerships with BQuake and The Practice, we will be able to customize a total customer insight solution for wireless operators to ensure that they are able to identify, acquire and retain their most profitable customers."
