iXL Enterprises has assembled a team of top marketing and branding experts to manage its global identity and oversee marketing activities and brand positioning.
The veteran team comprises includes Andrew Williams, senior vice president, worldwide marketing; David Redhill, vice president, brand marketing, and John Mauney, vice president, North America field marketing.
iXL has also selected Los Angeles-based Ground Zero as agency of record for its worldwide brand communications initiative. Ground Zero’s brief includes formalizing iXL’s brand proposition and communicating that through advertising, direct marketing, promotions, guerilla campaigns and other tactics.
Andrew Williams, 34, has over 12 years experience in marketing and branding. For the past two years, he was director of marketing for the WJB Chiltern Group, a taxation and business consultancy. Williams also spent two years as head of brand communications for Prudential and eight years at Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising in London, where he was deputy group director and agency board director.
David Redhill, 40, has 18 years of global communications experience. Most recently, he was executive director at Landor Associates, the branding and design consultancy, where he was responsible for all marketing communications activities worldwide. Prior to Landor, he spent five years at Price Waterhouse as European communications manager in London. Redhill, has also worked as a publicity consultant, journalist, author and photographer.
John Mauney, 45, brings 20 years of branding, marketing, communications and advertising experience to iXL. He was most recently director of marketing communication at Bank of America in San Francisco, where he integrated global brand positioning across 37 countries. Previously, he held senior positions at MobilLink (North American Wireless Telecom Consortium) in Chicago and NationsBank in Atlanta.
