Keen.com was ranked in the top five movers in NextCard’s eCommerce index, marking a 156% gain in credit card transactions from June to July. The index is a monthly listing of the top 30 online merchants and the top 10 movers based on online purchases.
At Keen.com, consumers browse a directory of people who can answer their questions and connect for a live phone call. Because Keen.com makes the calls, consumers’ phone numbers and other personal information are never revealed. People sell what they know on topics ranging from personal advice, to computers, to taxes at a per-minute fee. Information exchanges are ensured through a consumer-based rating system and verification service.
