MarchFirst launches search for new CEO as senior management quits

MarchFirst has announced the resignations of its chairman and chief executive officer; its president and chief operating officer, and the executive vice president of its client services group.

The executive vice president of global operations, Steve Pollema, has been appointed president, and Michael Salvati as chief financial officer.

A three-member executive committee has been formed – David Stanton and Neil Garfinkel, partners of Francisco Partners, and Barry Moore, vice chairman of Kurt Salmon & Associates. The executive recruitment company Korn/Ferry International, has been hired to assist in the search for a new CEO.

David Stanton, chairman of the executive committee, said: “The executive committee, working closely with senior management, is currently evaluating the company’s operating and financing plans and strategic priorities.”
