Merrill Lynch has selected Janna's Enterprise eRM solution for its Corporate and Institutional Client Group.

The Janna Enterprise Suite represents the next generation in relationship management solutions. Janna integrates customer information from all channels across the enterprise, including the web, allowing any number of users to view every customer interaction.
