The National Bank of Dubai is rolling out Oracle’s eBusiness suite for what the vendor says is a ‘sizeable’ ebusiness project. The implementation includes upgrading to the latest version of Oracle financials as well as rolling out its HR applications to more than 1,100 employees.
The HR applications are intended to enable National Bank of Dubai to “optimise its human capital”, and lower administration costs per employee. The payroll component reduces processing time and costs, while the self-service functionality will enable National Bank of Dubai's managers and employees to access and manage information and transactions over the Internet in a paperless environment.
