NCR Corporation has recently demonstrated its new eCRM application suite, Relationship Optimiser in Chicago, US. It is said to combine the best features of NCR’s CRM software into one suite of applications.
The new Relationship Optimiser is being installed at 10 companies worldwide, including a leading online travel company, a US-based global airline, Korean and European telecommunications providers, and banks in the US, Europe, Japan and Australia.
Optimiser is designed to enable a business to respond to changes in customer behaviour with targeted communications, and then record, analyse and serve individual consumer’s needs. Businesses can target millions of consumers with individual offerings at the chosen time, and through preferred channels.
The suite now consists of four modules: Analysis Manager, the newest addition, featuring an intuitive web-based interface designed to help marketing managers; Event Manager, based on Marketing Agent, it looks for customer events; Communication Manager, which ensures that communications to the consumer are properly timed and relevant; and Interaction Manager, which delivers real-time profiling and personalization of interactions through the call centre and Web.
