Computer Associates International and Apropos are working on a joint solution that enables combined real-time management of voice, e-mail and web interactions.
The solution integrates Apropos’ multimedia interaction management with CA’s intelligent CRM suite, making it easier for organizations to prioritize, route and respond to all customer interactions based on their value to the business. CA and Apropos will collaborate to market the solutions to end-users around the world.
