Perot Systems and Commerce One plan to join forces to provide hosted eProcurement services in Europe. They will provide everything from strategic consulting to full-application delivery, securing their position in a competitive market.
The European eProcurement market is expected to grow from $316 million this year to $654 million by 2004, according to Dataquest, with hosted services taking 38% of that growth.
